Oman has at least 12 different languages, and is an absolute monarchy where the Sultan has almost complete control. The hospitality is considered among the best in the Middle East, and its extremely beautiful geography will keep you busy with outdoor activities. The paychecks remain some of the highest in the world gaining up to $3,000 per month, yet the living costs are much lower compared to other Middle East neighbors. Jobs are beginning to become competitive, so expect the application process to take one to three months.
