Known in Europe as the hexagon, its motto is liberty, equality, and brotherhood. Few cities can sell themselves with just the name- Paris is one of them. That being said it is possible to survive in this European city teaching English, but you better come with a bit of savings, and plan to work hard.
Prospective employers usually prefer EU citizenship, college education, and for applicants to be present for the interview process. France has the most possibilities for employment through private language schools. Cost of living is extremely high in Paris, and may not be comparable to English teachers salaries. Teaching experience is always a plus, as the job market is more competitive in Western Europe.
