As an EFL teacher, you’ll play a crucial role in their journey, helping them improve their language skills and discover the wonders of the USA.

This position is ideal for teachers who:

- Are tech-savvy and comfortable delivering engaging lessons using Google Slides, while also possessing the flexibility to adapt to student interests.
- Have a flexible summer schedule, particularly during the peak enrollment month of July.
Time Commitment & Schedule:
- Employment periods range from 1 to 8 weeks, with most instructors teaching for 2-6 weeks. Your availability can be specified in your application.
- The schedule varies by campus, with classes typically held Monday-Saturday, 4-5 times per week (including some Saturday mornings). Some weeks may require up to six days of instruction.
- Most lessons run from 8:30 am to 12:15 pm, with occasional afternoon sessions from 1:15 pm to 5:00 pm.
Compensation & Responsibilities:
- The pay scale ranges from $20.00 to $27.00 per hour, determined by campus location and program size.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering engaging and well-prepared EFL lessons.
- Utilizing the provided curriculum to ensure effective instruction.
- Implementing effective classroom management techniques.
- Maintaining accurate student attendance records.
Qualifications & Desired Skills:
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and be 18 years or older.
- A Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Prior EFL/ESL teaching experience is highly preferred.
- Experience working with multicultural and multilingual classrooms is a strong asset.
