Thiago Materia began teaching English in 1999 to help business professionals in Brazil facilitate communication with their clients. Since then he has led company training, workshops, and seminars at schools and universities worldwide.
Thiago is on a mission to innovate and develop the way students and teachers acquire language. To this end, he created the Rhythm of fluency methodology, an interactive, dynamic, and original form of teaching language through the use of music, arts and culture.
Thiago was born in Sao Paulo and has lived in London for the last 30 years. He has an MSc & BSc in Digital Marketing and is fluent in five languages. Thiago currently teaches online where he dedicates most of his time to his South American students.
