The World Bog Snorkelling Championships are held every year in Wales at Waen Rhydd bog. This is the 32nd year of the championships, which takes place on August 27th. Anyone can compete. Contestants swim through a trench with only flippers and a snorkel. The crowd can watch the competition and also enjoy live music, food, drinks, crafts, a bouncy castle, and a real ale and cider bar.
