One of the worlds most colorful fireworks festival happens in Taiwan. The Penghu Ocean Fireworks Festival takes place April through June, and offers a nightly show by the famous Rainbow Bridge, a bridge by day which transforms into a rainbow at night. Located in the city of Magong, the festival began in 2003 after the crash of China Airlines Flight 611 off the coast of Penghu.
